Re-sales from £55k for a 2 bed 65sqm unit all floors and both pool facing, some units are fully complete but speed is in the esscence as contracts would need to be re-assigned before the end of 2007. As real completion of this development is expected in early 2007. Indepandant valuations of these units is nearer £1000 psqm or £65,000

I currently have around 10 units on my books starting from £53k for 2 bed 1st floor unit with pool view reading for renting or personal usage. In my estimate this unit is 'worth' around £60k+ with the sellers having spent around £5k furnishing the unit

Playa Vista

This development was launched nearly two years ago so some investors not looking to wait for the next two or so years to completion therefore are looking to cash in profits, therefore their are a number of units in the earlier phases availaibe at a discount to the current market price.

Paradise Beach and Golf  

Again as the development was sold out some time ago and work has started some re-sales are coming to the market with again a small discount compared to the final pricing.

Therefore a typical 2bed 2 bath unit was selling for £75k could be secured for slightly less

With 18-24 until final completion these could make a good investment especially as new off plan developments are now being released at higher levels.
